Avery Morgan, Managing Principal

Avery has a bachelors degree from UT, over twenty years experience in accounting, five years experience as Chief Financial Officer for a major corporation, and is an active investor in the real estate industry - the buying, selling and financing of residential, commercial and investment properties. Avery places high value on running his business with honesty, integrity and providing excellent customer service.

Avery, married for thirteen years, has three sons, ages ten, nine and one. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, basketball, football, and riding motorcycles.
Dona J. Rector, Senior Loan Specialist
  With 10 years experience as a licensed loan professional, Dona has the knowledge to navigate the loan process effectively and to keep her clients informed and comfortable that they are receiving the best possible representation. With her excellent and proven communication skills, she has the ability to close loans promptly with no surprises.

Carl, married for thirty-seven years to wife Nancy, has two beautiful grandchildren. He enjoys spending his time at church, with family, riding his motorcycle and touring around the country.

Shawna Southerland, Loan Specialist
  Shawna, a graduate of East Tennessee State University, with a four-year degree in Accounting, six years experience as an auditor and two years experience as a loan specialist is very organized, pays attention to detail and brings with her the highest standard of work ethics. Shawna takes time for her clients with emphasis on excellent customer service to ensure they are comfortable through the entire loan process and that their questions are answered promptly and efficiently.

Jason Bolin, Loan Specialist
  Jason, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a four-year degree in Accounting and four years experience as an auditor and 2 years experience as a loan specialist, provides MIOK clients with great customer service, attention to detail, and follow-through abilities. “Each client’s financial situation is different.
